About the Author

Claude Joseph started his career as an engineer in the Overseas Telecommunications Commission in the satellite and data engineering branch. More recently he project managed major power system upgrades and portal development projects at Woolworths.

Along the way, he edited many sensationalised newsletters as a way to build teams. Claude is married with two daughters in university. He lives on the NSW Central Coast where his interests are in astronomy and tennis.
